A trip to Kota Bharu brought me to my hometown. But i was on a 2 day wedding assignment. To a lovely bride and groom. It was a great pleasure and thanks for the warm hospitality!

Lil Adam

12th April 2008 - We hit the Lake Garden, Taman Tasik Perdana for an outdoor photoshoot. Adam was not in a very good mood in the beginning.. Poor Adam, maybe it was the kampung rash that made him a bit uneasy. We let him play and get comfortable with the surrounding. The area is good, the payground is large enough for adam to run around and play.. (and it makes us run around too!) shooting kids at playground is not easy… I don’t blame Adam for sure, looking at the playground, it makes me want to be a kid once again! Colorful slides and the greenery surrounding is perfect for Adam. The sun was a bit harsh. The morning gets bright earlier than we expected.
Adam is definitely a charmer and i must say… he does know how to pose. He still runs around and play like other kids, but when he sees the camera, he gets conscious and strike his charm looks. Adam is such a model! And did i mention he loves the pole a lot?
It was worth the experience. 2 hour photoshoot and we are soakin wet. The sun was too harsh. But i manage to get beautiful captures of Adam. To idayu and stan, i had a great time shooting adam as i love children so much! Thanks for the trust and opportunity given. Your album will be ready in 3 weeks! Stay tuned.

26th April 2008 - It was my submission day for my lil client Adam. Good things come in a small package. That goes to Adam as well as the album. From the look upon the mommy’s face, i guess she likes the album. I can see Adam enjoyed it too watching himself.. smiling and pointing his poses being captured into the small journal.
To Idayu and Stan, yes i will be shooting your second born soon! a girl perhaps?

fashion photoshoot
|
|
i have not done any fashion photoshoot for a while.. and its totally a refreshing moment for me.. it feels good to be able to do it.. 
She’s not a model.. but yet this lanky girl didn’t feel awkward posing for the camera. A well done make over by uwie (bob’s beautiful wife), dean transformed into someone people will glance twice. The weather wasn’t that good. We were crossing fingers hoping it won’t rain. It was pretty hot and bright at first.. but it turned dark and gloomy later. The lightning strikes once in a while but we were still shooting. It was a good one hour shoot even though dean was a bit stiff for the first few shots but she turned very natural after a while. It was pleasant working with her, bob, uwie and zack the lighting guy.

Sya and Ijat, Denai Alam - 27th January 2008
|
|
27th January 2008 was a memorable date for this couple, syakirah & fairizat which also my cousin. And its held 3 days after my birthday.. which also 3 days after i've got throat infection. I was praying and behaving myself. Eating well and being very discipline with my meds. What i wanted is to be healthy for my cousin's big day.
Well, photographer is as important as tok kadi and mak andam. I was fortunate that the meds worked this time. Thanks to Dr.Nasir for the effective meds that puts me in bed for 2 days. I managed to capture my cousin's divine wedding. Thanks to the weather. The sky was blue and sunny.
It was very hot that day.. i pushed myself, and being a solo photographer for a wedding ain't easy. I think my fever is coming again. And guess i have to pay Dr.Nasir a revisit.
To sya and ijat, congratulation and your album will be ready in 3 weeks! Here's some teasers..
